I like the environment, but even for the walk in customer also have to install their app, give all the privacy info include copy of IC, full name, home address, phone number, emergency contact number, date of birth, current face picture. This is almost comparable to I'm taking a loan.

I am Jessie Loh who already with Urbex Klabang more than 2 yrs. Environment here very good and the most important is the stuff here very friendly and helpful. They are willing to help us when we are facing any fitness issues. I truly recommend to all, Urbex Klabang, the best 👍👍

The gate systembis really disturbing the flow of in out customers. Its better to use a card instead. The staff however, haikal, is really helpfull and polite

The place is nice. It has many workout equipment. Plus girls will have thier own space to stretch and stuff but there is one guy with glasses working there with a very bad attitute.
