This is a bad outlet. I proper training of staff, which they not understand their menu properly. After order made, they forgot to do it. How can it be missed out in the system?

Extremely disappointing experience at Coffee Bean Kinta City on Thursday, 6 November 2025 around 3:54 PM. I only ordered two drinks — an Iced Long Black and a Hot English Breakfast Tea Latte — yet I waited nearly 50 minutes just for one
