Ordered hojicha large with glass jelly on 18.42pm (refer receipt) got my drink at 7.16pm!!! You skipped my order and I only got my drink more than half an hour later. And why NO GLASS JELLY??? REALLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I waited so long for 1 drink I ordered.
