Heritage building that must be the local government preserve. The surrounding area & park area looks clean well taken care of but there are no lights at certain areas like at the information board. It is a place to visit & take some pictures as memories if you are visiting Ipoh.

One of attraction if you come to Ipoh. Great place to have some nightwalk. You can see Ipoh sign with Ipoh magistrate building behind it. Oh yea, 8pm-11pm you'll be able to see fountain with awesome lights! Grab pickup point available.
