The environment was lovely and comfortable. The people served were so friendly and politely. We can communicate with different language include Cantonese. This lead to no language barrier. The food were mouth-watering while the price were reasonable.

An excellent Hokkien style restaurant in The Parade shopping mall. Huge menu, I only uploaded a few pages. Mostly seafood, chicken and soups. The blackened chicken soup is a must try.

Good vibe and attentive staff. Pepper Pork maw soup is worth ordering and the stir fry beech mushroom and crunchy lotus root. I will order the stone baked rice next time.

I had the Stir-Fried Pork with Jade Ear Mushroom at Souper Tang and honestly, it was so good! The pork was super tender and juicy, and the mushrooms gave it a nice crunch. Flavor was spot on—definitely a dish I’d come back for.
