The chicken chop served is a very large piece. Although scissors are available at the counter, requests to have it cut into smaller pieces were denied due to store policies. Even requesting to borrow the scissors to (self service to cut into small pieces also not allowed). This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The prices have been going up over the years. The food quality is alright, the portion seems to be disappointing. The plum sweet potato price is nice but the price has been Increaseling.

XXL chicken has bones and they won't cut it for you. Also the batter is too thick and not fully cooked (soggy, gloopy). please Avoid

Food eaten within 10 min of takeaway. Oyster mee sua 1 oyster (mushy), gravy very diluted, no other ingredients tasted. Chicken is not fresh (how could that be in Malaysia)

I’ve eating at a lot of branch before so these may take on this. The mee sua, the oyster was smaller than usual and I felt like it wasn’t very fresh. And felt like a little different from the outlets I ate in kl. The chicken was okay as usual.

This has to be the dumbest SL outlet I’ve ever been to! I’ve ordered XXL chicken at so many outlets and NEVER had an issue — the staff would always help cut the meat into strips when I asked. But this outlet? Absolutely ridiculous. The

It's so nice to see a new employee working who's ACTUALLY nice and gives good service. unlike the other person who's rude and lack manners. like I don't want to telling me how to eat my food? if it's supply issue for chopsticks then is it my problem? 🤨 I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that he gives bad service.

Big portion of fried chicken meat, ala carte one spicy n one original. However, chicken not fresh. Smelly, like those long kept frozen meat. Service not good as well, I just walked ahead to inquire how the cooking is going on, worker showed me impatient tone asking me what am I up to then telling me not yet done.
