Nice location with beautiful view. A balcony that overlook a small pond. The decor is simple but nice. Service is ok but food wise there are rooms for improvement. Need to use fresh products.

Service was 15 minutes late even though I only ordered 3 eggs. When it arrived, it turned out that he was making an order for a customer after me.

This is a great restaurant to dine in before or after you visit the zoo. It's located at the entrance. The food is great and the cleanliness is awesome. The only thing need to be improve is the cashier. It is quite slow when it is time to make payment. Overall it is recommended to dine here.

We ate at Restoran Mergastua after having a great time at the zoo. The food was excellent (one delicious fish & chips and one nasi goreng with chicken plus a couple of fresh watermelon juices). Staff very helpful & friendly. The manager

We were very happy with the food and the service. We were here yesterday and came back for lunch again today . Nice and clean, nothing to complain about.
