I don’t know how to rate OWL. Service ok but they have problems with their glasses. I bought 1 for 500rm but currently not using it. Tak selesa rasa nak pakai. Dah beli tapi x boleh refund. xapa la simpan kenangan 😅

Very satisfied with the service here. Staff are friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. Eye test was quick and accurate, and my glasses were ready within one hour. Will definitely come back.
