Its 8:45pm and the light is not on. Such hazard to the public as there are stairs and uneven surfaces. Luckily for the amusement park nearby and the Big TV to light up the space.

The toilet is the worst. You literally have to bring an umbrella to get in there because it’s literally raining. I don’t know what kind of water falling down from the ceiling but it disgust me. I cannot brain how you have to pay for the dirty, smelly toilet with the worst condition. This has happened years & I cannot believe no one is fixing it. Such a precious building. Such a waste

This place follows SOP by the book.Only passengers to the next destination are allowed in while others like me waiting for the arrival of the train from KL has to wait outside the building.Good practice!!!!
