Waiting time was too long although there is 1 or 2 people only. Once yr turn ,very fast settle.

'Great' service centre.. went ask for help to transfer the data from old phone to new honor magic 6 pro.. not available.. they will only do it if I purchased the phone there.. what.. I got my phone from celcom centre . They told me to go here.. anyway, disappointing service from the service centre.

Replace front screen and back cover which still under warranty. The cust service by whatsapp was helpful but need to improve on whatsapp response time. Add on screen protector (additional charge) and got free sticker (as in picture) for ….

Need to be improve on the service. Not a good service center. Do not know when will be entertained. Waited long but the service woman not even look and ask. Only focus on the other (1) customer. Only one woman was in the centre. Will not recommend to others to go there.
