Bad experience here. They got problem with their card terminal, when we tap our credit card it shows receipt. But they claim they dont get the payment because the terminal hang. We paid and we didnt get the potato because their terminal fault. Worse experience ever. Felt like we getting scammed

Please consider doing your closing at the appropriate time. I understand that mall closes at 10.00pm. But 9.30pm I came to order, but already keeping everything and washing dishes while other outlets still let you order. Manager/supervisor please have a look on this

I saw a lot of comments about the “chubby girl” that handling the cashier. I waited in front of the cashier for few minutes, while the “chubby girl” was right in front of me but she didn’t entertain me at all. Please train your staff to be polite and have a good manner.

I was with my friend here on the 1st day of Raya when i saw this happen. The chubby girl cashier with glasses can't chill when there is a mother trying to buy the fries but her daughter was a bit tantrum. She was shouting at the customers
