Thanks to staff at the ticketing area Syadiq and Zul very helpful to my mother and I last time we visit. But that's about all the positive I can give. The front area is often quite hot I'm not sure why they turn off the AC. It's not very.

One of the oldest GSC in Ipoh, located in Ipoh Parade Mall. After some renovation few years back, it's nicer and it's so far reasonably maintained. Please keep it up. It's on the top floor, at the food court end. Can go up thru a few escalaters or can go up using the lift.

Overall good. Clean. Sound system nice. Screen clean and clear. Update. My popcorn on this visit was very burnt. Quite unacceptable but I only found out when the movie started so it’s quite disappointing.

Nice place to watch movies, the outlet is big and spacious and well designed. The cinema halls are quite big and the seats are really comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Located at Ipoh Parade.

I queue up for a long time at the counter to redeem my drinks, when it’s my turn the staff told me counter was closed. If you have closed the counter, please at least put something to block the queue or should have tell the customer earlier.
