Good things should be complimented and continued but in this case definitely not their customer service. Would strongly advise owner/manager to look into the customer service of their employees working in this branch taking into account the unforgettable experience customers will need to endure during purchase at this branch.

Be careful of this branch. Twice I ordered sushi from here, paid fully, but they left out part of my orders. Just yesterday, after ordering, the cashier asked if I wanted to add their promotion, which was $4.88 for 3pcs of sushi. I said ok.

Wanted to buy some sushi for iftar, but instead was ignore even when I called them nicely. Tell me the reason for refusing service? Is it because its 12pm? And thats a problem how? I'm not gonna comeback at 7pm to buy it when I'm already here. Also I'm a woman, there's such thing as monthly period. Who are they to judge.

Be careful with this branch.I ordered sushi harini..paid fully, but they left out part of my orders.after ordering, the cashier asked if I wanted to add their promo,which is rm5.50 for 2pcs of sushi.(inari and unagi) I said ok. But when I arrived home, the 2pcs were missing adakah ini 1 kesalahan atau disengajakan???

Staff rude, she didnt see me queing, then i told her, you didn't see me ke? Then she jeling me, and start rude tone. Same goes to cashier, i want to pay with cash, she said cannot, dont have small change with eye pandang atas bawah haha adoyaii

The selection was great. But the staff that taking/serve for our food was veeery rude. When we want to order (like our 2nd time), boleh dia cakap, 'lagi??' Eh eh we pay with our money, not your money okay. Baru staff bukan owner that shop pun. Eh eh nak bayar pun duk naik suara

I won’t be returning to this shop. The staff was very patient with the two Malay customers before me, but when it was my turn, the female staff showed clear impatience. She frowned and looked visibly annoyed. As a Chinese customer, I felt disrespected, and this gave a strong impression of racial discrimination.

Gotten sushi here a dozen times or more. Always get myself at least the cheesy Ebi XL. Would recommend that for sure. Prices are quite steep for per piece, especially with other sushi options available. But for a quick grab and go, can't

It was very bad experience just now, there’re 2 fridges at the counter displaying all the sushi. Of course customers will see everything that you have afterwards choose and order right? The staff that serving me asked me when I looking at
