No staff at the counter. Zero hygiene staff can throw rubbish and continue handling the food without any gloves. The worst outlet.

Visited Kinta city outlet at 8pm 26/9 tried to order & pay by Burger King voucher, however the service crew Ünable to process the transaction & the duty Manager was not around!!! It is a very bad experience that they can’t solve the problem, advise to all not to visit the outlet for unnessary sttess!

Very slow, been standing there for 10 min for order. Staffs keep packing but not taking order. 3 of them no were there but super slow productive

Got the whopper junior lunch set. Affordable at rm9.90. You get a burger, fries and a drink. Added onion rings too. Enjoyed the meal, it was delicious.

They either keep running out of the food you want, or even basic things like trays for eating in.

Ordered food for the family from here, grab delivery. Delivery was fine. But my large burger meal deal that I paid for did NOT come with fries. Or the

Extremely short staffed. If you’re in a hurry, whether eating in, take-away or ordering from grab, just get something else. Not worth the wait
