The staff(cashier) was so rude… My friend and I wanted to pay at the cashier, but the staff seemed like they didn't want to serve us. They said if we wanted a plastic bag, we had to pay for it(didn't even look us)… At least show a bit of effort when asking for payment. I would’ve paid anyway. But I got so annoyed I didn’t even want the plastic bag anymore, even if I had to pay for it.

The staff is very rude and uncivilized. If there is a problem, don't bring the problem to work. Treat the customers well. It's not like we're begging. If possible, we don't even want to rate! Where is the boss of Big Apple Station 18???

Is it no budget employ staff who is very rude to customers? Please do not state your opening hours is 10am because your staff very rudely said not ready and comeback at 12pm, when returned she also didn’t smile or look willing to serve. As if we are an annoyance to her. Very bad impression and look at other comments…lousy service.

I didn't order anything....BUT....i still will rate this shop 5⭐,,bebecause I drop my car key infront of theyre shop and luckily someone with good heart saw it and pass it to this shop,,and this shop keep my car key safe and hand it back to me....thanks so much..👍👍👍.
