Took 1 hour foot massage. Throughout the 40min, the staff only concentrate on upper leg without massaging the foot. after 2 attempt of informing, my foot were only massage for 10min each and session was ended. The worst experience in massage center.

Massage was decent but they masseuse are unprofessional. I shared a room with my friend and the entire 1 hour they were both chatting with each other NON stop that at times she stop massaging as she was too engrossed with her conversation. Won’t recommend for the price that we pay

The massage was very good. There is a hole for the head in the massage table which is a must for me. This place is within a shopping mall so it can get quite noisy. Personally the noise did not disturb me but it is not suitable for those looking for relaxation and quietness. I would like to emphasise the massage was very good

I had an hour massage with the male massage therapist. The massage was professional and the strength was just right. The minor complain is that the shop being near the event area in the mall, so can be noisy if there is an event taking place.

Went to Arokaya at Ipoh Parade. The reception girls was sooooooooo bad soooo lazy munching eating like the whole world can hear them chewing.they're not pro at all for treating a customer. The massage was great but oh my god both of the receptionist was terrible! NOT RECOMMENDED. TOO LATE FOR ME BUT SAVE YOURSELF.
