Yeah, they have the worst customer service ever. Just bought shoes there today and had a terrible experience. You’re better off spending your money somewhere else. There are other shoe shops in the mall with similar or even better prices

Bad service, staff need training n learn how to serve customers. Al Ikhsan having great discount but the reputation bad because of their staff. Pls supervise your staff frequently.

According to the receipt I was given, I have the right to request a refund or make changes within 7 days of purchase. However, when I approached the salesperson to process my refund, not only was I refused, but the staff’s attitude was also unhelpful and dismissive. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed, as I believe I am entitled to a refund within the stated period, and I expected a professional and supportive service.
