Rude customer service, especially the cashier old lady, I expect Adidas will provide excellent service towards customers but they fail to perform it.

Report on 11 Nov 2023,located in Ipoh Parade Adidas shop, one of the employee's service is so bad, he has no manners and he critisize us when we want to look for men's version of shoes, this is what he said : "This is only for men", so?????? We saw he served a nice looking girl at first so we thought he will be nice, it turn out he changes his attitude right away, he's thin, doesn't wear specs and hair parted in the middle.
