Relatively new here. Located on the 2nd floor of Aeon Mall Station 18. One of my older phones was Honor. Definitely not too notch but a reasonable phone, given the price. But today, Honor actually have very good options. Some of their phones are actually in the higher range.

Thank you Mr. Khoo for sorting out my new Honor Magic V2 phone so promptly and so efficiently. His professionalism on the field amazed me. He really knows what he is doing. His service is highly recommended. 2024 Nov 27 - Since I got my new phone a few months ago, its inner protective film had bubbled. So I contacted Mr Khoo for help. But I was informed that my problem could only be resolved by the Honor Service Centre at Butterworth. If I give my phone to him, it would several days before I would get my phone back which was not acceptable to me. But if I take the phone to Butterworth myself, then the staff there would ensure to complete the fix on the same day; with special request from Mr Khoo. It took him a lot of effort to organise that. In trying to do that for me, he was told off by the staff from the service centre. To cut the story short, so I took the phone to Butterworth myself and handed it in before 11.00 am. A couple of hours later, I pleasantly surprised by a phone call informing me that my phone had been fixed. The finished quality was to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the results. I just wanted to say here that Mr Khoo is a true professional and dedicated staff member of Honor. During the entire process, despite my impatient, he was very nice and polite and understanding. He went out of his way to secure the fix request for me. When the fix was completed, he even rang me to give me the good news. I cannot thank him enough. I hope his boss and his company will appreciate his dedication and great service and effort he has been providing their customers. All the best Mr Khoo.
